Welcome to AutoTrim. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AutoTrim mobile application operated by TQ Tech. By downloading or using AutoTrim, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AutoTrim, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

AutoTrim is a mobile application that allows users to:

Import audio and video files from their device
Automatically detect and remove silent sections
Preview trimmed audio with waveform visualization
Export in supported formats (MP3, WAV, M4A)
Adjust silence detection and trim settings
Access Pro features including batch processing and advanced controls

The app processes media on the user’s device. Audio is not uploaded to our servers.

3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AutoTrim for personal and lawful purposes.

You may not:

Modify or reverse engineer the app
Copy or redistribute the app unlawfully
Use the app for illegal purposes
Attempt to interfere with app functionality

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

Content you process using the app
Ensuring you have rights to any audio or video used
Compliance with applicable copyright laws

AutoTrim does not verify ownership of media files.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in AutoTrim, including app design, branding, interface, features, graphics, and code, remain the property of TQ Tech.

You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the app without permission.

6. AutoTrim Pro & Subscriptions

AutoTrim offers optional Pro plans (monthly, yearly, or lifetime) that unlock additional features such as unlimited trimming, batch processing, and advanced export options.

Purchases are processed through Google Play. Billing, refunds, and subscription management are subject to Google Play’s terms and policies.

7. Advertisements

AutoTrim is a free ad-supported application. The app may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services.

We are not responsible for:

External links
Third-party offers

Interactions with advertisements are solely between you and the advertiser.

8. Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. No Warranty

AutoTrim is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, performance, compatibility, or availability. Use of the app is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TQ Tech shall not be liable for data loss, device issues, media corruption, indirect damages, or loss resulting from app usage. You use AutoTrim at your own discretion.

11. Third-Party Services

AutoTrim may integrate third-party services including Google Play Services and Google AdMob. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

12. Privacy

Your use of AutoTrim is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of AutoTrim after changes means acceptance of updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws.
